The purpose of registering a public address is to track what messages are going to each registered recipient.

You will be prompted to either register a new address/PLS domain and generate links or just generate the links.
Any address can be registered by any signer. The register tx does not have to be signed by the donation address.
Adjust the $ Filter to the threshold of the $value you desire to filter out. Hiding low value chats.
Have this $ Filter set first. Default is $100.
The Word filter provided at the bottom of the page is simple but works well if used properly.
The stream page works best as a browser source.
Both the stream page and overlay page link must be used as a browser source in order for the pop ups to work properly. The stream page can be used as an interactive window.
There are toggles that turn the coin sound off and auto display and read new messages.
TTS is manual and automatic on toggle. A new message notification sound and pop up will let you know when there is a new message. All TTS is browser based. TTS browser extentions are compatible with this page.
It is advised to have the chat page open in its own window or browser, not an additional tab. TTS and be used audio only if necessary.
